We rent a room with a bright balcony. Only for a female student. Utilities not included. The price is approximately 50 euros. Conditions: No boys. No couples. The apartment is located near the Metro L4 stop "Hospital Sant pau i guinardo". The room has a balcony, single bed, curtains, single canapet bed, 2 wardrobes, mirror, electric heating. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is no lock on the door. Rental conditions: 1. Before confirming your reservation through the website, you must send us your national ID and your Spanish university registration number. 2. Deposit: one month's rent, which you must pay when signing the rental contract in person. If you do not comply with the minimum stay of 3 months, the deposit will not be returned. 3.
