This large four-room apartment consists of a living room with sofa and an open kitchen. the sleeping area has three bedrooms with a double bed each. Finally, there are two bathrooms with shower. The price shown includes: VAT10 percent, utilities electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount, assisted check-in, internet Wi-fi. Please note that the rent does NOT include the following costs: Signature and contract registration fee, in case of rentals to companies and in apartments that do not benefit from the Italian flat tax on rental income cedolare secca, the accommodation provider will request a contract registration fee which corresponds to 1 percent of the total booking value starting from 49.50 euros.
