Staying in Pavel's house was great. Hosts were willing to help us about everything. All of them were trustfull and kind. The place was clean and in a good location near the centre. We totally recommend to take your breakfast there !

I was the first time in Cuba, special in Habana, and I booked for 10 days a room in the house of Pavel and Maria and her nephew Javier. It was a wonderful time. The house is near by the Malecón, a Hotel (to book trips), a good little restaurant and a little supermarket. Everything you need. The whole family was every time very helpful and I started the day with a great breakfast. The house was not far from La Habana Vieja, so you can see lot of things by walking. The people I met in Cuba were all very nice and helpful. But my special thanks are going to Pavel‘s family. They are very warm-hearted persons. I can recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thank you!

On our second trip to Havana after 16 years, we wanted to experience "the real Cuba." We decided on our points of interests, did our research, and Pavel's casa particulaire proved to meet our needs. After exchanging a few emails with Pavel, in which he promptly answered all of our questions, we knew that booking his centrally-located casa in Havana was the right choice for our stay. Pavel, his wife Maria, and her nephew Xavier were very hospitable and extremely helpful. Our days started with a big delicious breakfast, prepared by Pavel and his family. Pavel's taxi service was also very convenient. We used it for our airport pickup/drop off, to be driven around Havana to the Hemingway Museum, and for one unforgettable day trip to Vinales Valley. For a week, we felt like a part of their family. We would recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a similar experience. Paul (Toronto), Canada

This house is an ocean of rest in a otherwise very busy, noisy and poor neighbourhood. Pavel's nephew helped us very well and was very nice! Breakfast was great and the bedroom was nice. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but functional. Our stay here was bery nice!

The house is well located and close to the center. Pavel is a really nice guy, very helpful and cooks the most delicious breakfasts ever. The house is clean and very good for a stay !

Accueil très bon. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Véritable petit appartement ( plus grand qu'il n'y parait sur les photos) avec terrasse privée au calme.A savoir que Pavel possède également un taxi ( Très belle Plymouth de 1956 ) et qu'il facture ses trajets à un prix très raisonnable) Logement très bien situé près du Malecon que je recommande vivement
