Annia was very welcoming and helped us organize our excursions. It was very hard to communicate though, since she barely speaks any english and we only know a few words of spanish. The dinner she made for us was great. There was some problems with electricity and warm water a couple of times but Annia always tried to fix the problems the best she could. The location of the house was close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay with Annia and her beautiful family and community.We were made to feel very welcome nothing was to hard for Annia. The accommodation was clean and comfortable,the highlight was the horse riding excursion that Annia organised for us with another family . Thank you to Annia and her warm family we highly recomend this house and the location was central to everything. Très bon accueil - Chambre agréable propre. Pas très facile à trouver. Annia habite en retrait de la rue. Ne pas se fier à ce qui est écrit sur Homestay : il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner de base dans aucune chambre d'hotes durant nos 10 jours à cuba Par contre beau petit déj à 5CUC chez Annia

Very nice people, the room is quite big and the bathroom very clean and big. There is also an hairdryer which one can use.

Annia and her family made our trip incredible. My friend and I only stayed one day in Vinales and after stayed at Annia's place our only wish was to stay longer. Her place is very charming and really close from everything. She is full of attention from the breakfast to the dinner everything was delicious. You can be sure you'll not be starving after eating at her table. It was a real experience with a Cuban family and we will definitely come back.

I stayed with Annia in Viñales in June 2017. It was my second time visiting Cuba, previously having stayed with around 10 other hosts throughout the island. Hands down, Annia is the best host I have encountered, and I am only giving a '5 heart' rating because the system does not allow a higher rating. Her and her entire family made me and my partner feel instantly welcomed and were nothing but warm and courteous throughout our whole stay. From the refreshing glasses of mango juice to the complimentary hand-rolled cigars (rolled right in front of us!) the night before leaving Viñales, staying with Annia was a highlight of our trip for both me and my partner. On top of being an absolutely great host, Annia and her family also offer a bunch of great services and help while you're staying there - they will happily help arrange excursions and sightseeing opportunities, tours, and general information on the area. We took her up on the horseback riding offer and were taken on a trip through the surrounding beautiful countryside, the length of the trip was up to us, we could choose anything from one to three hours (with no extra cost), our guide Wilbur was also great. I am not usually the type of person to leave reviews on many things online, but our experience with Annia compelled me to make an exception. Stay with Annia and I promise you won't be disappointed!
