Ik kan Engels mooi goed spreken. mijn ouders zijn ongeveer 60 jaar oud en ik ben 30. wij heten familie welkom en wij plaatsen hoogwaardig voor onze gasten van om het even welke nationaliteit. Ik kan u dagtocht in Teheran met mijn auto aanbieden en ook u introduceren aardige te bezoeken plaatsen en hoe te daar te worden. ============================================================== OVER HUIS: ons huis is 120 sq.m met twee ruimten. wij zijn tussen centrum en het noorden van Teheran. de plaats is absoluut uniek omdat wij toegang tot alles hebben u als bushalte, station (metro), aardige parken, uitwisselingsbureau, beste kwaliteitsrestaurants etc. veronderstelt. metro de post enkel 5 minuten loopt van ons huis en de Hoofd Centrale Post van de Bus is opgehouden met dichtbij ons. u zou vrij moeten voelen hier en handeling alsof u bij uw huis bent. zet TV aan, maak uw thee, neem bijvoorbeeld water van ijskast en kook uw diner. ============================================================== Regels: 1: het roken wordt niet toegestaan binnen het huis. 2: u kunt de keuken gebruiken maar enkel gelieve het na zich: schoon te maken). ============================================================== de Extra Beschikbare DIENSTEN: 1 - de Prijs van de Aanpassing: dubbele ruimte: 20 de euro of de Dollar van de 25 V.S. per nacht in contant geld zou en in het aankomen moeten worden betaald. wij bieden disscout voor enige individuen aan. lichte ontbijt 2 en wifi: vrij - zijn omhoog inbegrepen in prijs 3 oogst van binnenlandse Luchthaven: vrij ->5 km aan centrum 4 internationale luchthaven: 15 euro (één manier)->40 km aan centrum 5 wasmachine: vrije 6 - de kaart van Teheran: vrije aandrijving 7 u aan busterminal: vrije reis van 8 dagen: 15 euro (als mogelijke) ============================================================== Vriendelijke groeten Mostafa Dadashaliha

What a wonderful experience we had staying with Mostafa! Mostafa and his family are truly warm-hearted and so kind and attentive. They made our stay so easy and special! The flat was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a very good neighborhood and just a six minute walk to the metro station. It is well situated in the city and we always felt comfortable and very safe! Mostafa provided us with very helpful tips and guidance and was always more than happy to answer all of our questions. His English is excellent and while he was at work, his lovely mother would kindly tend to us if we needed anything. Both his father and mother, in fact the whole family (we met some of his siblings), have such a beautiful soul! Staying with Mostafa turned a good trip into a great one that we will never forget. We felt a certain nostalgia upon leaving, even though we were only in Tehran for three days, but we felt like we had become part of the the family! We are so grateful to have found this gem of a host and highly recommend this place to stay!

Very good place to stay. Confortable room. Closed to the métro (Line 1) Mostafa and his family are gréât and give us a very friendly welcome.

Mostafa is a real kind person. He was of help in preparing my trip. His family is very welcome. I helped a little bit in the kitchen to cook an amazing dinner with his mother. I had a good time in talking with him. The room is comfortable and the guest is respectful of privacy. If recommend for a stay in tehran.

Mosta est un hôte très accueillant , sa famille est conviviale et on se sent bien avec eux.L'appartement est très propre . Mostafa nous a beaucoup aidé lors de notre séjour.Nous recommandons vivement.

I stayed only one night by Mostafa homestay. He was not there but he was helpful. The house is clean and the room is very quite. Mostafa's mother is very friendly and the breakfast was very good.it was a short experience, I think if I stayed more I would appreciate the stay better. I gave 4 starts only because of the following negative point : The homestay price is indicated in homestay as 35€. Once the reservation done we paid 15% (5euro) to homestay and was indicated that we have to pay 30€ but Mostafa asked for 35€. I had same issue with another homestay in Iran (2/4) and I think some Homestay hosts didn't understand how it's working in Airbnb, homestay...etc

Mustafa's parents are really nice and the place is nice, big and clean. However, we had an issue with the price as the price indicated in Homestay is not the price eventually asked by Mustafa (around 20% more). This was explained to us in a quite unfriedly manner. There is no parking spot.

All went very well during our stay at Mostafa's place. We had a good time with him and his loving parents. Break was very much more than light and with good variation. Mostafa gave us a lot of information in good English and accompanied us to show some interesting places. We were so much attached to his family, that departing was not easy. Thanks Mostafa for everything.
