Mijn huis is comfortabel en heeft een kleine tuin en nadert de mooie berg met grote mening. Mijn huis is in het noorden van hoofd „TEHERAN“. Mijn huis is zeer stil. Ik kan delen van TEHERAN aan mijn gasten tonen. Mijn huis is dichtbij toeristenaantrekkelijkheden. U kunt een taxi en een bus aan stadscentrum „TAJRISH“ nemen. Mijn koken is goed:) als u de huissleutel wilt krijgen, moet u me uw paspoort geven.

Bin zwischenzeitlich dreimal bei Hani gewesen und es war immer klasse. Unterkunft ist gut, die Umgebung angenehm und Hani ist ein guter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Hadi is the best host we could imagine. My father was in his old flat in the beginning of the year and he was very enthusistic about it, so as my brother and I joined my father at his second Iran trip we also got to meet Hadi. We had interesting and funny conversations no matter which time, it was always nice. He made breakfast and tea for us every day, but by far the best are his cooking skillz :) Hadi, thank you for such a great time, we hope to come back as soon as we can! Lasse, Ole and Chris

Hadi was so great host he is so so so kind person, hi was helpful and was there when ever I need anything, and his place is so relaxed and in good location near to high way and near to alot the market you can get what ever u need just walk with in 3 minutes away from home, and his house has all what u need so u can feel at home. The garden in his house was so beautiful you can feel at home, you can cook your food or make ur tea after long day and enjoy the weather in his garden, I recommend for traveller who wants to feel at home especially those who are looking for best place to stay and everything are around u. If u are travelling with ur wife or a friend don't miss this place. The good things also about his place u don't need to worry how to get to his place it has two easy way to get one from the high way which is 5 to 8 minutes not more the other way from the mean square. Hani is a very welcoming and helpful guy! You gonna have lots of fun with him and if he has free time he'll take you to really nice places in tehran. I enjoyed staying with him. And we became good friends.

During my many years of using airbnb and now homestay, I haven't met a better host than Hadi. He is a interesting person, kind and willing to help. The location was perfect with easy communication via cheap shared taxis to Tajrish squre (malls, cool market and metro/MRT). From our experience, northern Teheran, is the coolest part of town with great places to visit including Darband, Tochal and Sadabad palaces. It's a fancy neighborhood with excellent restaurants (ie SPU within walking ditance from Hadi's place), juice bars and coffee/tea shops. If you haven't been to Teheran you will be positively surprised!

Hani and his place are very cool ! The apartment is on top of Tehran, beautiful and quiet on the bottom of the mountains. Nevertheless there is everything you need. Good and cosy Restaurants, shops and a nice cafe. The bus to metro stops down the road, or for 150000 you get a taxi ( 10min). Very conveniently located to get visas, because most embassys are in this era. Hani is very easy going and helps you where ever he can.

The location of the Hadi's house is in the north of Tehran, a very beautiful area, just near by the river and many cafes are found and some lovely museums, gardens, palaces and bazaars are close by. Had was warm and welcoming, he welcomed us with a wonderful dinner and all over was great helping us in our journey, enriching our understanding of the country and its people. Totally recommended ! Mein erster, aber nicht letzter, Aufenthalt im Iran. Hadi hat mit sehr geholfen, es war richtig super gut dort zu wohnen. Hadi spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch und er hat mir viel geholfen. Egal ob es um das organisieren einer Telefonkarte, das Ausleihen einer Metro-Karte oder um die Gebräuche des Landes geht - Hadi hat mir sofort helfen können. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Rand von Teheran. Mit dem Taxi kommt man für wenig Geld zum Tajrish-Platz und von dort per Metro überall hin (Kostenpunkt für das Taxi 150.000 Rial - gab aber auch Taxifahrer die forderten 500.000, Metro 8000 Rial). Für alle die mal in die Berge wollen auch super gut. Zum Seilbahn Tochal kann man zu Fuß gehen (ca. 20 Minuten). Hadi ist ein unkomplizierter Typ und alles hat super gut mit ihm geklappt - ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.
