Het zeer comfortabele en heldere bezit, in het centrum van de stad, bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers, die afzonderlijk worden gehuurd of samen, ., u de volledige flat kunt ook huren. Gevestigd 20 m van de Boulevard DE La Habana en slechts 3 minuten van het Historische Centrum van de stad (Oud Havana), zeer dicht aan de belangrijkste aantrekkelijkheden van de stad, zoals musea, restaurants en vierkanten. Klassiek bezit van habaneraarchitectuur met moderne details maar altijd het handhaven van zijn koloniale stijl. Ik ben een jonge gehuwde gediplomeerde van de Universiteit, en heb een stabiele familie met twee kostbare kinderen, leef in het huis en dien op elk moment onze gasten als deel van de familie

Good location to go to the historical center and friendly hosts. Clean rooms and very good shower! The hosts were not much in the casa (They don't live there), but were helpful in the morning with our questions. Only Eric speaks good English.

La signora molto gentile, buona la colazione. Poco aiuto e poco informazioni da Erik che peraltro in 5 giorni non abbiamo mai visto. Camere pulite e lenzuola cambiate una volta sola. rimasti senza acqua una mezza giornata ci siamo fatti la doccia con dei boccioni. Posto molto centrale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Erick's rooms are very central to everything and are just behind the Capitol building. There are 3 rooms. The room that we had was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (including hot water, toilet roll, towels, soap and air conditioning- not always available elsewhere in Cuba) They were very respectful of our space and always asked whether they could go into our room to change the sheets and towels. There was a very nice sitting area with a balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was provided at the very reasonable cost of 5 CUC each per day and was always fresh and plentiful. Bread, fruit, fruit juice, omelette, honey, cheese and tea and coffee - enough to certainly set you up for the day. There were also some european electrical outlets - very handy if you've forgotten your adapters. We had a very comfortable stay here and could come and go as we pleased with the added security of an entryphone. We would certainly recommend staying here and would do so again, however it is definitely a plus if you can speak Spanish as very little English is understood by the lovely ladies who come in to do the rooms and breakfast (makes communicating a little difficult!!) Erick will also organise transport from the airport should you require it and taxis for other parts of the region. Thank you for a lovely stay

Located at a very central position in Havana, close to most highlights. Amongst others El Capitolio. Everything we wished for was arranged, taxi from the airport and day trip to Viñales. In comparisson to other Casa Particular, the atmosphere was a bit more business-like. It feld a bit more like an hotel. Major reason, the owners are not living at the same address.

This Casa Particular was located close to allmost all Havana highlights. Clean rooms and everything was arranged as we wished for. In comparisson to other Casa Particulars we missed a bit of the warmth. For which, most likely, the main reason is, that the owners do not live at this same address. Due to this, it feld a bit more like a hotel than a Casa Particular. More business, less personal. But key points remain, the central location and all the necessary was arranged.

We stayed only one night in La Habana, the room and the apt is exaclty what you see in this page. The apt is in located in an old building but the the apartment is renovated and looks new. The room was clean with A.C. and own bathroom. The lady that attend the guest ( I dont remember her name) is suh a very nice person. We recommend this place whish is just couple of blocks from the Capitolio.

Very nice location in Havana, I would totally recommend this place. You have access to so many places. We had every morning good fresh food and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. I will return without doubt :) greetings from Belgium

Our first night in Cuba we stayed at Eric's place. The room was fine, it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The room was not in the house of Eric, and we saw him only in the evening that we arrived in Havanna. The room is in the center of Havanna, and very close to the Prada. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Havanna. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeber haben wir als sehr herzlich , freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit kennengelernt. Erick organisiert und improvisiert bestens! Wir haben uns bei ihm und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
