Lovely 5 bedroom house with a self contained Granny Flat / annexe situated in a quiet leafy mature suburb in Dublin 9. Central location 1km to Beaumont Hospital, 2km DCU, 4km Croke Park, 4.3km Mater Hospital, 4.5km to city centre, 5.2km to TCD Trinity College Dublin and RCSI and 6km to Dublin Airport. Omni shopping centre is a 10 minute walk from our house with many shops including Pennys, Nando's, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, M&S, H&M, Tesco and IMC cinema. Buses are: 1, 14, 16, 16C, 33, 41, 41C, 101 and 104 N4 which serves the Point Village and concert arena. We have two buses 5 minutes from our house to / from Dublin Airport. The 41 bus operates a direct route to and from Dublin Airport 24/7. Motor way : Close to M50 and N1 to Belfast City Centre 30 to 40 min walk My daughter is coeliac so I can provide a gluten free light breakfast. I can also provide a gluten free lunch and dinner for an additional cost.

Ann maria and her family are amazing. They have been very helpful and sweet since the moment we booked the house. The house is clean and very welcoming. Definitely will come back there when I will come back to Dublin. Very beautiful experience, I recommend it to everybody!

Die an- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Maria und ihre Familie ist sehr lieb, man kann sich super unterhalten, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Maria stellt einem einiges zur Verfügung, z.B. was man zum Frühstück brauch oder ob es ein Föhn ist. Ich habe mich persönlich seht wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder

Super nette Frau mit zwei tollen Kindern. Sie ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, offen und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer, das ich hatte sind sehr sauber. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer 140cm Bett, komplett bezogen, mit Schranken, Fernseher und Handtuchservice. Gutes WLAN inklusive. Bad mit warmer Dusche und Toilette. Extra Toilette für die Nacht. Für Tee und Kaffee, sowie das Frühstück kann man alles mit benutzen. Sie richtet sogar alles her. Gute Busverbindungen in die Innenstadt (ca.20min) und zum Flughafen (ca.10 min). Sehr friedliches ruhiges Wohnviertel mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Alltag. Ich werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder ubernachten, wenn ich wieder nach Dublin gehe. Our first booking through Homestay and we couldn't have hoped for better! We slept very well, the room was comfortable and very well soundproofed (we didn't hear the host or the children getting up!)... but above all the welcome was perfect! We were received like friends and we had lots of good advice. What else ? Notre première réservation par Homestay et on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux ! Nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre était confortable et très bien insonorisée (nous n'avons pas entendu l'hôte et les enfants se lever !)... mais surtout l'accueil était parfait ! Nous avons été reçu comme des amis et nous avons eu plein de bons conseils. Quoi de plus ?
