I am grateful for having been able to live with such a kind, welcoming, helpful and light-hearted modern Japanese family. The time I've spent at the Sakura home was lovely. Their living room was big and lively. We've sat at the table together, watched TV, played games with their two lovely kids. They even invited me to a firework festival and borrowed me a yukata to wear! The mother speaks English very well, but we spoke mostly in Japanese, since I've told them I'm learning the language. I hope I was not too awkward with my beginner Japanese (>///

I really had a great time with Sakura family. I felt included and made a lot of memories with all of them. They are friendly and welcoming and the 2 kids are too cute!! I am very thankful for all of the very good times and very good meals we shared together. I 100% recommend Sakura family as a host!

I had a great time staying with the Sakurai family. The children were adorable and made the stay memorable. Unfortunately my time with them was short and I had already made a lot of plans, so I did not have the opportunity to hang out with them as much as I would have hoped.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette adorable famille. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous grâce à Mayumi et son mari, ils sont attentionnés et si gentils. Les enfants ont une énergie débordante et sont si mignons. Ils nous ont fait découvrir comment se passe la nouvelle année au Japon et c'était une réelle belle expérience pour nous en leur compagnie. La chambre est propre, ni trop petite, ni trop grande, parfaite pour nous deux! Il y a une clim réversible et une fenêtre qui vous permet d'aérer quand vous sortez. La station est à 10-12min à pieds ce qui est parfait. Vous avez un magasin Life à côté de la station, un Price (avec un Daiso) à envion 12-15min et un Seven Eleven à 5min à pieds de la maison, ce qui a été parfait. On vous recommande vivement de venir passer votre séjour ici et nous espérons revenir très très vite...pour manger des crêpes Mata aimasho, soshite mata arigato We had a great stay with this adorable family. We felt at home thanks to Mayumi and her husband, they are caring and so kind. The children have boundless energy and are so cute. They showed us how the new year goes in Japan and it was a really great experience for us in their company. The room is clean, neither too small nor too big, perfect for both of us! There is reversible air conditioning and a window that allows you to breathe when you go out. The station is 10-12 minutes away on foot which is perfect. You have a Life store next to the station, a Price (with a Daiso) about 12-15 minutes away and a Seven Eleven 5 minutes' walk from the house, which was perfect. We highly recommend that you come and spend your stay here and we hope to come back very very soon...to eat "crêpes" Mata aimasho, soshite mata arigato

I spent a month of pure happiness with the Sakurai family, the children are adorable. The parents are very kind and make you feel at ease, and are always there if you need them. I felt like part of the family during this month. I was really sad to have to leave them, but I would definitely come back to see them again. Thank you for all these moments of happiness

The Sakura family were great for my first time homestay in Japan. They are welcoming, friendly, supportive and much more. The food was delicious, the home was modern & very clean. Children were lovely and eager to learn English. Communication with the whole family had been much fun. Thank you for such a lovely hospitality, the chats, the washing, a sherry blossom night viewing, a farewell gifts as well as dropping off to the train station! Thank you so much.
