D neemt 10mn uit luchthaven, neemt hier 5mn uit stad en 15mn aan tempel van. Sinds 1961 had mijn familie 4 dakbovenkant van houten huis tot Januari 2015, dat levering om plaats te zijn. Hoewel zijn lang weg van oudste blokhuis zo duurde omvat dat ik ervaring van gastvrijheid 4 jaar geleden reactie op ontvangst kreeg. Motiveer van het houden van van houten huis, ik beslis ben voorbereidingen te treffen en weinig ontwerp het houten huis grootte 7*7 m boven en beneden trede voor de gast dat heeft dat pogings nieuwe ervaring levend in Khmer stijlErfenis van houten huis moet willen. Mijn familie verstrekt dit soort houten huis comfortabel zoals heeft: Op trede - Slaapkamer: 1 de dubbele reeks (Matras, Hoofdkussen, Deken, Klamboe) en heeft, ventilator, Kabeltelevisie, Opmaker, Stoel. - Badkamers: De ton van het bad, Heet/Koel water, Douche, Toilet, Gootsteen, Badhanddoek, Toiletpapier. - Woonkamer: Lijst & Stoel. - Keuken: Verstrek kruidig als u kok door uw eigen zelf wilt en over Cook is het Khmer voedsel mogelijk. Onderaan trede: 1 bed met Hoofdkussen voor het zitten in dagtijd van ontspant lezingsboek met natuurlijk lucht omringend huis. De Ingezetene van Ratanakâ ? ? D heeft ontbijt verstrekken omvat ruimteprijs en vrij verbeter van luchthaven, als u behoefterestaurant (lunch & diner) wij kunt het boeken voor u roepen wilt. Allen hebben wij zo de regelingsdienst voor de gids van de Reis en Vervoer aan ergens dat u wilt gaan (voor last).

Nak , we had the most wonderful stay with you . You were able to arrange the things we needed without any problem and had just the right balance of arranging things and allowing us to do things for ourselves . Your house was perfect for us , a family . It was very comfortable for those looking for a traditional style wooden house with modern amenities too . The house is in a spacious garden just a little distance from the busy town area. Thank you again for a restful stay .

Sokratanak ist ein netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und vom Flughafen abgeholt. An seiner Unterkunft lässt sich noch einiges verbessern. Man merkt, dass er noch nicht so lange sein Homestay betreibt. Es fehlen die liebevollen Details, die ein Homestay ausmachen. Der Außenbereich lädt nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein, weil es einfach nicht hergerichtet ist. Im Zimmer ist es okay, aber etwas mehr Details, wie auch Infos zu möglichen Touren wären toll. Wir sind leider eine Nacht früher abgereist, weil uns die Tiergeräusche nachts zu laut waren. Das Haus ist quasi oben offen. Wir hatten auch Mäuse zu Besuch, die an alle Sachen gegangen sind. Wir haben ihm unser Feedback gegeben und er war offen einiges zu verbessern.

The traditional house gave us a good start to enjoying Cambodia. It was also clean and located in a normal neighborhood rather than the touristic center. Sokratanak is extremely helpful and constantly trying to improve his guests' stay. We had a great time.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Ratanak. La chambre familiale est très bien, spacieuse, au calme. Le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours. Nous avons conseillé à Ratanak d'améliorer un peu le petit déjeuner ( fruits frais, jus de fruits, pain frais... ). Ratanak est très prévenant, quelquefois un peu insistant a l'égard des hôtes. Certains voyageurs peuvent apprécier d'être pris en charge, d'autres au contraire habitués à voyager préfèrent avoir leur liberté...

Maison khmer magnifique pour nous tout seuls, Sokratanak est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes,nous a conduits sur le site d'Angkor et partout où nous voulions allés....Il nous a donné également une puce pour le téléphone afin que nous puissions le joindre au moindre souci et nous sommes repartis avec chacun un petit cadeau bien utile, gentille attention....Seul petit bémol, sa maison est assez excentrée, ce qui est appréciable malgré tout si on désire un peu de calme après le bruit incessant de Siem Reap et moyennant un tuc tuc à 3 dollars, le retour est assuré.Je recommande chaudement, ce garçon mérite vraiment qu'on s'attarde chez lui, et sa maison spacieuse et confortable au milieu d'un beau jardin ne peut que vous enchanter!...

Sokratanak was kind and accommodating. He included fruits from the garden in breakfast each morning, drove me to many of the temples (and arranged a tuktuk for me when he was unable to take me somewhere), and was available to answer any questions I had. He even invited me to spend New Year's Eve with his lovely friends! The house was beautiful. There was no WiFi, but Sokratanak provided a SIM card for my phone so I'd have internet everywhere. If you're planning to work from a computer during your stay I'd recommend checking with him during booking. The house is just far enough out of town to not be in the thick of the tourists but close enough to get to downtown in a few minutes. If you're looking for a wooden house with a gorgeous bathroom, nature sounds, and a kind host you've got it!

We had a great stay with NAk. The bungalow was really comfortable and there is a nice garden around it. NAk helped us with trips and gave us a helpful tuk tuk driver. The place is a little out of town but it's a short tuk tuk ride in to the centre.

The homestay is located about 5 min by tuk tuk away from the busy town center. I liked the house being surrounded by trees and waking up to the sound of chirping birds. Nak took great care of my needs like getting internet connection, hiring a tuk tuk, renting a car to take me to other temples outside Angkor Wat Complex (he actually personally used his car and drove for me for a day), delivering my breakfast to the balcony, getting transport from and to the airport and opening their gate (the sliding gate was too heavy for me hehe). If you're looking for a kind host and an authentic local experience away from the touristy town center, then I would highly recommend this homestay.

We are a young couple from germany and we loved staying at sokratanaks traditional woodhouse. Everything is very clean and well designed. It is also very close to everything (city, temples, airport etc). Sokratanak made our stay very comfortable and we highly recommend the stay at his place!
