Situato al primo piano di un edificio Epoca 1945. Non perdetevi questa esperienza unica! En tutte le stanze la corrente 110V e 220V . Le chiamate nazionali sono gratis fino a 5 chiamate. Servizio di prima colazione al prezzo di (5 Cuc ) x persona , servizio taxi per l'aeroporto di pick-up. Isabella and Roberto are really friendly and helpful. They made us feel like home and gave us a lot of tips about La Habana. Roberto is a great cook, Isabella helped us also to connect with other casas in other Cuban cities. Great people, great hosts.

Quel bonheur cette étape chez isabella et Roberto ! Toujours disponible et prêts à rendre service La maison est idéalement placée dans Habana Vieja mais toute proche du capitole merci pour tout c’était trop bien !

3 nuits dans cette casa au premier étage, la dernière de notre séjour et celle qui nous a satisfait le moins. Notre chambre, ne dispose pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, elles donnent sur un couloir en face d'un immense mur. Pas de lampe de chevet, seul un lustre à 3m au-dessus de nous. La salle de bain est correcte mais pas de sèche-cheveux ni d'eau chaude au lavabo, malgré la présence du mitigeur. C'est la même chose partout semble t'il. Ce n'est pas très pratique pour se raser... Quelques carreaux de carrelage décollés au sol. Petit déjeuner correct pris dans le couloir. Il faut réclamer un peu plus de beurre, un peu plus de café, un peu plus d'eau vraiment chaude, c'est usant (c'est partout la même chose en fait). Pas de wifi. C'est assez bruyant, non pas à cause de l'avenue passante (avenida de Belgica) mais du son des téléviseurs alentours, jusqu'à 1h du matin. Ne pas oublier les boules auriculaires. L'idée de changer de casa nous a effleuré, je l'avoue... Très bon contact avec les hôtes : Isabel et Roberto sont très sympathiques, joyeux et serviables et de bon conseils pour trouver des bons restaurants. Nous avons pu négocier la journée du départ pour pouvoir se reposer et se doucher avant notre avion de 23h.

Cette casa était notre dernière étape à Cuba et nous avons été très déçus. La réalité était bien en dessous de ce que les photos laissaient supposer. Certes nos hôtes étaient sympas mais pas du tout organisés pour recevoir des touristes. Le ménage laissait à désirer, nous n'avions qu'un filet d'eau au lavabo et notre petit déjeuner était servi dans un couloir. La casa est située en bordure de la vieille ville dans une rue passante très bruyante, de plus nos hôtes étaient eux même très bruyants (tv et téléphone très tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin). Heureusement que nous avions apporté des boules quiès ! Bref je ne recommande pas.

Hola, io sono Mariangela (Italia), Isabella e Roberto sono stati la nostra prima famiglia in Cuba, hanno una casa molto carina ad Havana Vieja a 350 metri reali dal Capitolio, loro sono eccezionali ci hanno aiutato con taxi e altre case, ci hanno indicato ristoranti e cose da vedere. Le camere della casa sono spaziose, pulite, con aria condizionata, ventilatore, bagno con acqua calda sempre, la colazione completa è buonissima e super ricca. Casa consigliatissima!

Isabel´s casa is the perfect place to visit the old town of Havana. It is located in walking distance to the Capitolio (about 5 minutes) and to the old town (about 10 minutes). The casa is very clean and comfortable - Isabel and her husband are very nice hosts. We had breakfast at the casa (5CUC/person) - the food is fresh and good (juice, fruits, bread and cheese) although not as plenty as in other casas in Cuba.

The room and appartment as a whole was very nice and the location perfect and close to the nice areas of La Habana Vieja. Isabel was extremely nice and helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if possible! Thanks for a great stay :)

The hosts Roberto and Isabella are warm, friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom was always cleaned daily. Our room was spacious with a very high ceiling, making it nice and airy. The location of the guesthouse in the centre of Old Havana is superb. Almost all major attractions are within easy walking distance. There are restaurants, cafes, a bakery, mini market, wifi services and a bank for exchanging local currency closeby. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Havana in the future. Recommended. Los anfitriones Roberto e Isabella son cálidos, amables y serviciales. Nuestra habitación y baño siempre se limpian a diario. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, con un techo muy alto, lo que lo hace agradable y aireado. La ubicación de la casa de huéspedes en el centro de la Habana Vieja es excelente. Casi todas las atracciones principales están a poca distancia a pie. Hay restaurantes, cafeterías, una panadería, un pequeño supermercado, servicios de wifi y un banco para el cambio de moneda local. Sin duda nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo si visitamos La Habana en el futuro. Recomendado.
