Old rural house with annex, barn and big plot of land situated in a quiet village near lake 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property has two floors connected via internal wooden staircase. The ground level holds three rooms (living room, kitchen and storage) and corridor. Over the stairs one can get to the second floor where corridor, closet and three bedrooms are situated. The annex is located next to the house. It has one floor and consists of one very big premise which serves as kitchen and dining area. There is also a storage building located close to the annex. This structure once was used for keeping the fire wood. The barn is located in the yard across from the house.
