It is located on an excellent spot, 100 m from sea and has the view of medieval city of Dubrovnik and sea. Historic city center is only 500 m away.
This villa includes two separate houses. Smaller house could be used as a guesthouse.
The main house is divided into three floors. Ground floor with an exit to a large terrace has a large living room with dining area (80 m2) and modern equipped kitchen. There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has its own terrace. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with shared bathroom.
