Studio appartement in Eindhoven, Woensel. Studio is within walking distance of shopping center Woensel XL (2-4 min walk). It is 5 minutes from the city by car and also really easily accessible by public transport because of the Woensel XL bus station nearby.The studio has no shared rooms and comes with a bike storage and washing room available.The studio is ment for one person. We are open to short term tenants however we prefer long term. We will give a one year contract and if everything is OK for both parties we will extent the contract for an undetermined time, or as long as the tenants prefers.
