Mijn plaats is dicht aan het CENTRUM van de STAD en Historische Plaatsen (rond 5KM). minder dan 30 minuten aan Eram tuinieren te voet of hulstheiligdom of Bazaar (minder dan 10 minuten door taxi). Het is ons genoegen aan gastheergasten en zij hielden van mijn plaats. (Neem enkel een lòok onze overzichten gelieve bij) wanneer u aan mijn flat op DERDE verdieping met lift komt, kunt u twee slaapkamers zien, is één van hen de ruimte van de gast, een badkamers het samen met douche deelde, heeft de grote keuken met ijskast en fornuis en microgolf, in de woonkamerbank, TV en twee slaapkamers en ruimte van de gast een bed van de koningsgrootte voor twee mensen. Wij hebben geen jonge geitjes zo gelukkig hier zijn kalme en vriendschappelijke plaats. Mijn vrouw (Behnaz) is een huisvrouw en zij helpt u (de boekenkaartjes, nemen anders een taxi voor u en om het even welke dingen die zij kan doen altijd). Wij kunnen u op om het even welk ogenblik ontvangen. Het ontbijt en Internet zijn VRIJ. Wij vragen onze gasten om de Regels te lezen alvorens onze plaats (dank) te boeken en definitief wij hebben een kleine verrassing voor onze gasten.

The best host I've ever had. I was really happy. Behnaz managed to pick me up at the airport and spend some time with me and show me some places. Her English level is really good so I was able to have long and nice conversations. Her brother also arranged a trip to Persepolis (he knows a lot about it, I recommend to take a tour with him). I am really happy and staying at their house is one of my trip highlights.

It was a great stay at Ramin and Behnaz! They responded within a couple of minutes that we were welcome at their home, which was perfect for us. The room is big enough and clean, the house is near the places you want to visit. They are extreme helpful and nice! Behnaz gives great advice where to go and what to see. She also helped getting taxi's, bus tickets etc. It made our stay very pleasant. Also her brother guided us to Persepolis, and he did a great job! Def can recommend it, the guided tour as well as a stay at Ramin & Behnaz's home.

It was a lovely stay in Shiraz with Behnaz and Ramin! Behnaz explained us everything about city sights to visit, helped us to get a bus ticket and was generally always there for us when we had some questions. The room is clean, quiet, and the location is a convenient short taxi ride from the city center. It's also possible to do the laundry (for a fee). We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to others - staying with locals is what truly enriches your journey.

We had a lovely stay with Behnaz and Ramin. They are nice and accommodating hosts with whom the cultural exchange was intense. They gave us plenty of useful tips and assistance in visiting Shiraz and bookings during our trip. The place is neat and the room is spacious and quiet. We recommend Behnaz and Ramin’s home anytime.

I had an excellent stay with Ramin and Behnaz. They are very nice and seem to enjoy very much receiving guests. The room is spacious, very clean and the bathroom, though shared, is also very good. Behnaz does not measure efforts to please her guests and make us feel at home. As a plus, Behnaz's brother, Behnam, is an excellent tour guide. If he is available, make sure to ask him (for a fee) to take you to Persepolis. He knows every inch of it and make the visit much more wealthy.

It was a very nice experience to be hosted by Behnaz and Ramin in their house. They are very helpful and kind. Behnaz can help to organize a trip to Persepolis with a professional and English speaking guide. We had already a driver booked so cannot tell more but it is an option to those who organize their Iran travel spontaneously and haven't booked one before. One technical remark, as in most of Iranian houses and even hotels, the bed is very hard. Thank you Behnaz and Ramin and we wish you all the best!
